EDIT:
well... i feel like changing it
so i add some final touch on the armpit (i guess) darken some of the colour n more
i dun like the hand

well, its been 2 years i guess..
but only takes about 2 months to get use to it
i didnt really practice vectoring
as u can see, my vector in deviant art are all i hv done

Thanks! It is really useful. However i don't really have Photoshop, but i assume that it's the same in Illustrator too. So you use the same technique as in this tutorial?

yep, pretty much the same
but sometime i got to lazy, i just fill in with solid colour on different layer
