Description
This is the very first thing I have ever, ever animated in Flash in terms of making a little movie. I will tweak it as things go on, but for now this is it.It's big because that was a requirement for the class I'm taking.
I am sorry there is no audio, but the audio track cannot be included. I don't want this deleted...LOL. This is 5 days of blood, sweat, tears, me not knowing what I was doing, prayers, a couple of margaritas, wanting to kill my computer, swear words, and one Vicodin for an achy knee.
LOL.
I may make a separate audio track and later update this, but I can't do that now.
Please enjoy it.

(And bear in mind, it is the first time I have ever done anything like this.)

For a first attempt at flash, this is amazing. I am a great fan of Avatar, and this does it great justice. I can't wait for the audio, keep up the good work!

That was totally cool. Especially for a fist attempt. The detail and colors (especially with the butterfiles) was very rich and beautiful. I can't wait to hear it with audio.
(The only thing that bugged me -even though I really have no right to say this as I don't even own flash- was they way Aang's legs looked. Granted, that position is hard to pull off, and it looks okay, just a little disproportionate. However, his eyes and facial expressions are awesome. Keep up the good work! I hope you got an A!)

this is really awesome i quite like it indeed!
just thought i would say, maybe u could use movie clips for the butterflies? then the wings could be smoother if u give them a frame by frame animation.
if u have already done that dont mind me lol just wanted to pass some friendly advice but this is really cool

how did you do the wings? frame by frame? or did u do motion tweens on them and shrink the wings to go in and widen them going out?
just curios is all i teach basic flash so im always interested in how people animate with flash
