Description
This was my submission for the Need For Speed Undercover Cover Design contest held on NFScars.net. Among 47 contestants, this one got the first place.I worked on it for about a week. The original PSD file was done in 1000x1500 resolution and it consists of 42 active layers (and just as many of hidden layers that were used as backups). The size of the file ended up as 87.5 MB which is huge even for a PSD file.

great cover.. is that digital painting or sth like a montage, or just a retouched picture? i mean the cars thing and all that.. in the worse case, it's a great design, in the best, it's superb

as for your question. No its not a painting or a montage, its a picture made of different pictures matched with each other. So yes, in a way you can say it a heavily modified/retouched picture.
