Moral of this drawing, Merida's hair is HARD BEYOND WORDS to draw but is worth it. This is now my masterpiece. Who cares if I will never get a daily deviation for anything, I worked me but off on it for months to finish my digital drawing of Merida (careful planning of curls with a mouse) and I am bloody proud of this.Merida is now my favorite Disney Princess besides Belle and Punzie, to whom I owe thanks for giving me a new appreciation for cast iron skillets. Also I support Jack Frost X Merida.

Curly hair can be very challenging to draw sometimes.
