Let's just say I was bored 
I used a tablet and PS CS5.1 to create this. But I'm quite sure if you're well trained in working with a mouse this tutorial would work as well. The brushes IΒ used are self-made and not available. But if you look around dA you'll find a lot of useful and free brushes
