Argh… I read all you send me about perspective… I thought this would be a good chance to train. But so the perspective is technically correct it feels completly strange to me... Stupid, hmm? So I wanted it more that the Viewer ooks over the shoulder/wings of the monster but I didn't get it the way I wanted

Well of course i noticed well your idea was create a worm view perspective. The funny thing is yesterday i was talking about this perspective here in the beautiful work of Jan--->
You want start to use a worm perspective......but if you read my words in Jan work, it is hard if you don't know many concepts linked the "Horizon". Analyzing a specific work of Panj, i wrote how in that specific work the ground and buildings generate the illusion of worm persp. also if in the composition there are elements native frontal view.
With experience + blood + practice we learn to understand how setting elements correctly in relation with horizon line, we can generate the great illusion of perspective.
If you want talk of tec. i can say you the perspective here is wrong! If you want create a worm view, then you have to follow this structure of perspective. But as i see, you have used half worm view (trees/forest on background and top of the cave!) and half frontal view. and you can't do this No one on this earth is able to force the perspective in another perspective. We can use visual tricks to generate some perspective illusion but not force it!
--- " I wanted it more that the Viewer looks over the shoulder/wings" Expecially in worm view but of course also in other perspective, each element or subject above the horizon follow 1 important rule of real life.....we can't see the top! The following statue is above the horizon line but we can say part of his shoulders because he is "vertical" If always in this capture he was horizontal you wasn't able to see the top.
The following chapel with this worm perspective is over the horizon line.......We/you can't see the top of rooftop!
enchanted chapel stock pack II
So the correct execution of this work is reshape the main structure correctly.....and this require practice. (of course) I understood these things slowly slowly EXTREMELY slowly in the time - months. Im sorry because
humans are not able to learn 1000 informations in 1 day My advice is to start using 1 point perspespective but in frontal view. indeed the first studies to follow, are obbligatory those relative 1 Pp in frontal view. Dominate this perspective help to learn other perspectives.
Example of frontal/regular view in 1 point perspective ---------> when i use frontal i mean in few words in all those situations when you photographer artist are directly in front of various elements/subjects.
To conclude. To fix this your work there is another extremely important point. The choose of the elements for this your idea.....You choosed a statue completely frontal + vertical view....VEry very hard because this block the view and above all because you wanted change his point of view to be more horizontal...in this way the statue looks more in eagle view....another perspective that in worm view you cant use. You can't use a mix of random perspectives!!!
but let me talk about another point: Manage 2 frontal elements correctly in a composition like this your is impossible indeed the original statue block automatically the vision of the subject Aellin 41
so also the conceptual approach of composition is wrong. your approach was wrong for this reason you lost the concept!
My personal advice is to follow a main structure......For this reason is necessary study and learn the perspective grid!
As you see the grid is simple because 1 point perspective...also a monkey could create this type of grid....for this reason is the most used. Because it is simple and offer the maximum of power immediately.
Then you simply CHOOSE.....the right image which MATCH with your GRID.......the grid is like the skeleton of the structure and it is essential to create correct work BUT not only this help 1 ton the work flow. This is hearth of the concept.
In drawing the artist create his personal grid thinking to his work in his mind.....Then he start to drawing his houses. -------> www.youtube.com/watch?v=FeUaC9… In photomanipulation we have to convert
this concept Logically, we create our grid specific for our idea and then we don't drawing nothing.....but we "simply" CHOOSE images and paste them on the structure. Follow the structure let us to create correct proportions and many other useful things impossible to create with free eyes. Expecially with articulated compositions.
and don't complicate your life! Use simple things and above all use them the most simple possible! The training of the brain for all these new informations require simple things.

I did not know that it's called "worm perspective" but I realised at the very start that it would not work out. So I changed to a simple one point frontal perspective like described here: Perspective Grids in Photoshop TUTORIAL with the vanishing point somewhere little above the water in the forest (unfortunatly I don't have the original image any more). So for the forest and the water it worked out Pretty good but for the cliff with the cave it looks just pretty strange in my eyes To bad that you just don't even recognize this simple pespective - so I must have done everything completely wrong
I watched a lot more videos about perspective and I also found some - well, let's say confusing - stuff as well. Like this one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=F4tu6u… Don't know why but this looks totally wrong to me at all. I wonder what you say?
I will go on in training - let's just see what happens… Still it's kind of frustrating
By the way I could never work with "frames" of kind by the way… When I was younger I played piano and every now and then my teacher wanted me to play by using a metronome to keep the correct rhythm. It always confused me and got me completely out of everything, so I just guess I'm not made for things like this at all

In the life of each day, you/we see the world in perspective simply because this world is all in perspective! But who don't know how it works, not will be able to recognize all this. What i mean?????
When you walk in a park, in a city etcc....when do you see the environment around you, do you analyze it? The natural answer is no. Check this following video to understand what i mean. www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMUvl4…
The girl in the video show well how in a natural way without complex things, she visualize the world around her under another aspect/point of view! Normally noone walking in a street analyze for example where is the horizon!
The study of Horizon is the key to understand all.
The worm/ant view is when the eye/camera level is at the same level of the ground.......Try to imagine to be on your knees on a grass field! Simple not? this don't require know complex tec.
You have to learn to see and analyze the world with your eyes. Ps is only a tool! The best is learn in nature.
If use a ladder in your room, how do you see the elements in your room now? If you are on your knees in your room, how do you see the elements in your room now? Etcc...
To create actually, i don't use tec. I use only my natural vision of the world because i studied how it works. I never uploaded my personal Exercises/studies.....In the time i created till vomit many exercises to learn many concepts..
For this reason actually i can dominate well these concepts and create what i want and also complex! As you see by the following exercise, all exercises are with 2-4 images......This to learn easily concepts and above all to create many personal exercises......More exercise you create and more you learn informations....and more you help the brain to record various perspectives and how they works. The following exercise was a worm view....and believe me, i spit blood before understand this mechanism! For this reason is necessary study frontal view perspective. No way to learn worm or eagle view if you don't learn Horizon and frontal view.
Its called Worm/Ant view because these insects see the world from the ground. Try to imagine to be an ant to understand this. We can simulate only a bit when we are on our knees or when we are lying down on the ground.

The link of that video is wrong above all the approach and confuse the ideas because the author is not able to explain....and he has the ideas confused
You have to study real professors and not beginners. In photomanipulation......there aren't tutorials explain perspective concepts expecially those advanced. So don't waste your time.
So study by people like her ---> www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dxHaf…
or like Alphonso Dunn
1/3 - www.youtube.com/watch?v=gj671g…
2/3 - www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnLtIX…
3/3 - www.youtube.com/watch?v=DHoBix…
Your work simply need correct approach because the actual is wrong. for example you wanted force perspective. The best approach for your case is create an hybrid like if the artist was floating in middle of the composition.....BUT forget this and i will not explain this because this at 100% generate confusion. But of course the only other alternative is a pure worm view.
You wanted also use images not compatible among them and this generate always always confusion. The cliff was an example.
As i wrote, i repeat you can't use random perspectives and you can't use images tonally different among them.
You have to study basics concepts before.
Impossible learn all this fast. To conclude.....the most important aspect is the fun. And learn is always fun.
Well finally im ready to come back with cool things - new structures and new concepts..."new" for me because never used before by me I mean i didn't discovered nothing of new
Last month i completed the last studies and i was resuming all. In few words i was apparently blocked but in reality in the shadow i was studying to access on another level. And i can say it is possible and this don't require a special skill! My goal is explain all can do this path.

Haha well I often analyze my enviroment while walking around Mostly looking for colours and lights and how they go together
But sometimes I also check for perspetive or other technically things to see what nature can teach me
So I learn more about lights and colours than about technically things
I will go on learning but right now I need a break for good. Right now it's just frustrating and demotivating as well Learning can be fun but this is rather hard for me because I don't see a good result so far Hmm let's see what the future brings
Why is everything also so hard to do???

The 90% of the issues comes because people don't know resize images and don't know how cut a scene. For this reason they start to abuse of Transformation tool!
For this reason 90% of works are all portraits. LAndscapes indeed are the most complex work on earth!
To train the brain you have to use simple images + model. Without force perspective or without abuse of Transformation tool or other destructive tools. Your goal is ONE.......Don't force nothing!
Using the natural perspective of the original image. TO avoid frustration or other negative things, you have to reset the brain and start to think to little things. Yes because when you want create something out of your skill not only is wrong but it creates also normal frustration.
Take 1 image with a frontal perspective + 1 model END. Like the following example.
Personally im changing gradually approach because the use of hundred images without a perspective grid structure was wrong. I don't pretend to learn these new informations immediately. Im learning them gradually thanks little things.
Do you want understand which are your mistakes? Try to add a model in this scene --------> Do it not for me, but for yourself.
The image is on 5000 x 3000....REsize the height in 1300-1200 or 1080.....Then Ps will resize automatically the width. End.
Go beyond 1300 is rare and many times completely useless.
The rule, the basic rule is when you are working with a landscape is that to change the canvas size and not the image size. This because the canvas size don't modify the image size! But if instead you modify the image size you can't go back! This is a giant issue when you use many elements.
Each element in the scene has its own proportion....and you calculate this only with horizon and perspective grid. With free eyes is possible but only if you know at 100% all rules and if the scene is relative simple.

Still a lot of work to do.... Let's see… I have a lot of freetime now, so let's see what I can learn. Saved all your links to deppen my studies. Thanks dear
But I don't actually get what you want to say with that canvas thing. But I guess it's more due to language and translation than to understand it technically. I will just try out And no more use of the Transformation tool - at least not when it Comes to perspective
Future will Show - I'm going to train

Without the use of the canvas is impossible create a correct work
Canvas size - image size and crop are 3 tools obbligatory and essentials!! If you want create a landscape and you don't know the previous 3 things, you can't manage a correct final cut. Im sorry but i can't explain all this because is linked to the personal experience of each user.
Anyway --->
industrydev.com/wp-content/upl…
Exactly..when you use an image, use it without destroy it! reduce only the size END! No filters, no textures! Only a bit of color correction: shadows, lights, colors. End.
Many exercises with 2 images is essential to learn good and correctly.
