Oh no she's crying! She looks like she is in a lot of pain, but is trying to let whatever it is that is bothering her go. This picture is pretty cool.
To point out: I believe that the outlining of the colors (I am not sure what it is termed), especially around her stomach, is a little bit too bold. It just needs to be toned down just a tad because it makes the picture lose its flow. The choppiness of that effect makes the colors lose its flow. The picture looks too rough, as a result, for the scene being portrayed.
