, well her huge caudofemoralis muscles at least. I started this weeks ago but never got around to finishing it till now.To see my rendition of a male carnotaurus, look here

Recent news has revealed that C. sastrei had large caudofemoralis muscles, meaning that it was a fast-moving, powerful predator. This rendition of C. sastrei highlights these muscles perfectly, at an angle we rarely see in paleoart. The contours of this piece are smooth and very natural, not shrink-wrapped and not excessive. The coloration is also unique and very natural, as is the pose and the movement of the whole piece. I get a sense that this animal is in mid-stride, as the pose shows, and is strutting along with all the spring and liveliness of a modern bird. This piece is not only aesthetically pleasing, but it abides with the latest discoveries surrounding this amazing creature.
