and I have been working on this for a while and with the horse shows, we kinda forgot. I went ahead and finished coloring a few things so I could upload it!

*mapal was responsible for: Lines of entire picture, drawing and coloring her trailer and handlers,
~amour-interdit was responsible for: Sketch (except FLS trailer, handlers, and Rojuk), Coloring Rojuk, SS horses, Cody, Aithne, SS Trailer), and background

After spending a few weeks at FLS, preparing for their Easter Competition, Cody was notified by Somesmera that he would be needed back in the United States to start training the younger horses. It was already decided that Chase and Lee, two of Firelight Stables' staff would accompany him with Rojuk so that they could participate in the Eventing competition, book a breeding for Rojuk, and take Glamour and Macht back home.

Cody checked the blankets and boots on Imogen and Jim while a commotion outside signaled the men trying to get the audacious Spirit Horse stallion onto their truck. He peeked around the door and nearly laughed to see the men alternating holding up pictures of Ruiva, the stallion's mate, and bundles of hay.

"Hey, Cody, you almost ready to go?" Cody turned sharply and smiled at Aithne who was holding two leadrops attached to the stallions. She held out Jim's rope to the man and walked past with Imogen prancing happily behind her.

"I'm ready to get home, but I'm really going to miss it here." Cody laughed, catching sight of Rojuk lifting his head as high as he could so that his handler's arm was lifted straight up.

"You guys should all come back sometime. Maybe I'll make a trip to Somesmera. I heard it's beautiful there." Aithne stroked the white on Imogen's face. He closed his eyes and puffed out a loud breath.

"You should stay here and worry about that baby of yours. There is plenty of time for visits later. Maybe I'll bring Jenni back. She'd love to see Fru for sure! She misses that mare so much." He pulled his long white hair over his shoulder, out of reach of the Marwari who's nimble lips were shuffling over him. "Oh, and Michelle will probably join Lee and Chase back here to start her job taking care of the "Fantasy" horses. She's definitely been talking my ear off every evening on Skype wondering what the horses are like."

Aithne smiled and let her gaze drift to the two other horses from Somesmera that would be returning home. Reno and Shock loaded easily onto the trailer and didn't make a peep once in the darkened space. She had enjoyed watching the two young horses advance in their disciplines while at Firelight. Reno especially had been quite a character, acting nearly as bad as Glamour was known for at times and absolutely perfect other times.
Thinking about Glamour brought Aithne from her thoughts.
"How is Harleen doing?"

Cody laughed richly, remembering the day that Glamour and Macht had come off the trailer and the harlequine had promptly thrown his nose into the air and took off towards the paddocks by the barn. Heather had been the first to act, jumping bareback onto the little Spirit Horse cross and taking off after the other stallion with the others following on foot. They had made it too late, though. Glamour had leapt the fence, suffering minor cuts on his hind legs, and was in the middle of "meeting" Harleen.
The mare was just starting to show signs of pregnancy with the crazy stallion's foal. Glamour, on the other hand, was drawing close to his own date with destiny. Harleen was the last mare that stallion would ever mount in his life. Somesmera was getting ready to have a "Gelding Day" as Jenni had dubbed it, and would be joining over five other stallions as they ventured into celibacy (as per request by FLS).

"Harleen is apparently going just fine. She's in the pasture with Prospect awaiting Ruiva and Renata to join them."

They continued to converse as they watched Lee and Chase finally convince Rojuk to load into the trailer. The stallion squealed and kicked at the walls before calming down and allowing the men to shut the door behind him. Cody took his cue and led his horses into their trailer to tie them alongside Shock and Reno. The four horses sniffed one another and, thankfully seperated by the dividers, weren't able to properly start bickering.

Cody pulled out his phone and used the instant messenger feature to notify Somesmera of his imminent return.

(I am assuming that the SS trailer (if not FLS trailer as well) will be loaded onto a rather large plane to travel with the horses xD)
