I was thinking about this story minded be interesting for me:
At the war beginning, Connor met his country America (or Alfred call for human name) to protect his own nation. Later that day, Connor killed his best friend because he betrayed his people, but he didn't, he left behind them and he blamed Alfred for hurting people since he was child who raised by Native America.
In the middle of Boston, Connor and his father Haytham met other nation England (Arthur) who burned down in Connor's village since he was kid. Arthur told them that he regret for killing Connor's people, then Connor told him that he raised by his father but the father was British and he hated him so much. One week later, Arthur found the dead body was Haytham, he knew the murder was Connor Kenway for reason to kill the templar. He wept up. "why..., why did you kill your...father" he whispered.
After Revolution War, Connor felt alone without his mother, his best friend, his father and his mentor. he looked up the sky and he tear up from the cheek.'am i lone?' he thought "No, you're not alone Ratonhnhake:ton". He turn around and saw Alfred the personification of America. Connor wants tried to say apolozied for blaming him, but it didn't come out, then Alfred hug him tightly he said "Thank you".

In my head cannon said America was born by Native America before England came.
