not exactly...well...i guess they took longer than the oc emotes i did...but only because i was just getting used to the newer version of paint i had.
the oc emotes are quick and usually easy!

Faving them works too! And some people make plz accounts out of the stamps.
They Have free trails of photoshop, and maybe there are other things that are free that work like it!

Theoretically, they can be animated in PS. But a special programs should be sought.
