Howdy there!
First off, this image is super cute! The vibrant colors and style isn't to bad! Though there are minor errors, such as in some spots in the hair you forgot to color, and the eye looks a little weird (Being it's almost completely outline grey with the exception of the iris.) The grey outline is a bit hard to notice in some spots, such as the hair. And I suggest if you're going for a colored out line aim for an off black (dark purples/blues/ and pinks do wonders!) The last issue I hold is the shading, It feels a tad random, I suggest drawing where the light is coming from, Like lines or a ball!

This is super cute! I love the point of view but I think the head could look a little more like it is turned towards us naturally (perhaps by having it face a little bit less directly at us and by making the eyes face the viewer more.) I really like the rest of it though! The pose doesn't look too forced and nothing is stiff. The colors are really nice and the shadows seem to generally associate with the same light source. While we are on the topic of colors though, I would like to point out that there are white spaces along some of the lining. Again it looks really good and I would like to encourage you to continue drawing such adorably awesome art!
