Is this a 'few months later' sequel image of when Kristy yelled at Dennis for standing her up? Like perhaps, after that day, things went down-hill from there until Kristy ended up kicking him out and he was forced to get his own apartment?

Is that an earth cockroach or some sort of Kreature? I would not be surprised if there were invasive species that were accidentally brought into the Kreature dimension (if I am still well versed in the origin story, yes?).

Yup, just a regular cockroach! Animals exist in Dimentiara alongside Kreatures. A squirrel can also be seen on page 2-2; there are maggots, earthworms and slugs in Wally's dinner on page 3-4; and there are flies buzzing around manure on page 3-8.
