Some people's concept of beauty differs from your own. If you looked at the vast majority of body types and physical forms out there you'll find very few match those as idealized in pornography or high art depictions of the body.

While i don't find this extremely 'artistic'. What i find amusing is if it were a straight up, full-frontal picture of a vagina, there would be no complaints, and probably a bonus of comments about how good it is.
But because its just a penis, all the guys that are surfing the sub-section looking for naked women run face first into a naked penis are not offended, and the absolutely authority on what is, or isn't 'art'.
This actually follows all the required rules for 'artistic nude' while there are a LOT of picture of FEMALE nudes out there in worse positions - all-but pornographic - that people laud as paragons of art and beauty that break most of the rules, but are considered great works. But a shot of a penis that isnt breaking those same rules is criticized.
