Description /B/rowsing the Chan of Fovr ultimately brought me to this. I'm sorry.

Disregard that, this was my first time using inks in... years, I guess. Total usage includes 0.5 mechpencil, 0.2 ink and Copics (thanks again, Shinaa~). With a little retouch in photoshop to add the texturing and bg.

It would be scary to hear Pyramid Head’s diabolical laughter so I’m thankful that this is only a picture.
I love all the details you did on his outfit and knife and.... is that a bandaid I see? O-o

I like the picture, but it just shouts for background. Some more texture on the unfortunate chibi might do good too.
