Babe, wake up, new Shade reference just dropped
Hellooooooo, it has been over 2 years since I updated Shade's reference and WOW, my art has improved a lot. My understanding of anatomy has gotten soooo much better in two years It makes me happy to see how far I've come as an artist! Shade's design has changed a lot too, every time I've drawn her, she has some new look. I have been ignoring her last reference for almost 2 YEARS now, and I'm not sure anyone else knew how to draw her either XD I didn't even plan to make a reference but after I drew the pose and started playing with colors I was stuck with feverish inspiration (I got sick again lol, my immune system be slacking)

So here it is! A nice, new, clean reference of Shade! I'm very happy with how it turned out

Drawing forward facing Shade is like a fever dream XD I couldn't commit to a realistic position of her spines, its like forward facing Phineas,, Cursed. You're lucky you will never know that nightmare material
