Description I decided to doodle today, and it ended up coming to a fully coloured doodle instead.  Just wanted to draw some Modern and Classic Manic.  Don't know why, but I felt the need.

If you ask me, Manic would look much better with brown eyes. With blue eyes he looks so much the same with Scourge :'D

Well Scourge IS Sonic's Anti-verse self, and Manic IS Sonic's brother.  Isn't it safe to say he could have either?
(Plus I love Blue eyes more.)

Mhm but why did you choose blue for Manic's "Modern" version? He never did have an official eye color change.

Because I like blue.  Just like I choose Yellow for Sonia's eye colour.  I just go with whatever I feel goes with their pallet.  However; Most people would disagree and say that brown looks better on manic and blue is better on Sonia.  I disagree XD

Sonic's bright emerald green eyes don't match his pallet much further than it being a cold colour like blue and close on the hue-scale.  So they pop in a sense.

I chose blue for Manic, because against his rustic colour pallet, blue would pop.  And against Sonia's dark magenta and pink/purple pallet, yellow pops best.

I wonder why Sonic's eyes are green. I don't mind, I actually like it but I don't get it.

Maybe Manic wanted to be like Scourge so he got some eye lenses lol
