I baked brownies for my mum's colleagues yesterday.
They turned out quite delicious!

225 g butter (or margarine, doesn't matter)
225 g dark chocolate
3 eggs
350 g sugar
150 g self-raising flour
Salt
Pre-heat oven at 180C
Melt the butter and sugar in a pan over a slow heat until smooth
Let cool until room temperature
Mix the eggs with the sugar and a bit of salt
Pour in the butter mixture while stirring
Sieve the flour through the mixture and fold it in
Bake for 35 minutes until the top is crispy and starts to crack
