My pencil-drawing colored with Photoshop 6.0. I kept going back and forth between coloring and a report, so it's not as good as it should've been. Good afternoon from Canada!! I hope this finds you and yours well. As for me, I could complain...yadda, yadda, yadda.
Phoenix, glorious job here on the Ragin' Cajun. He's my second favourite character next to a certain webslinger we all know. You're right though--Remy can pull off pink and do it extremely well.
This dude has got all going for him--his way with the ladies, his boatload of charm, the accent. The icing on the proverbial cake is that he lives in the most historic town going--New Orleans!!! He also has the patience of Job (so it seems) to put up with the bad moods of one little hirsute Canadian with the adamantium claws!!!
Best of all, he has artists like you to bring him to glorious life. Keep up the good work, Phoenix!!!
A quick comment here to LL and Magnesium Cookie: I feel that they have the same problem as they do with Robin ovon the DC side. Christian Nolan says the Boy Wonder will never fit into one of his Batman movies. There's a lot of people out there who beg to differ, as do I. I feel that whomever is directing the X-Men movies feels the Cajun just isn't a proper fit for those movie. There are also people out there, myself included, who feel that Remy belongs.
This guy, Remy LeBeau, will add more spice to an X-Men movie than fifty pots of jambalaya!!!
Just my two cents' worth.

I just have one thing to ask of Marvel: Why magenta? I guess Remy makes it work... Maybe it works because he can blow up people who laugh.
But why not a nice black or brown or RED even? (Magneto handles the magenta, as far as I recall... Or was it purple? I give up.
