In this animated short, Donald Duck adopts a Joey. He has great intentions and is very excited, but by the time Donald and Joey get home, things are already going crazy.I enjoyed doing this drawing. The scene depicted is not actually seen in the short. It is meant to show the more successful side of the adoption.
I chose to draw this short because I love the idea of adoption (as I hope to do it myself someday) and it reminds me of all of those commercials that say "You don't have to be perfect to be a perfect parent".

I haven't seen the cartoon (yet) but you captured a sweetness here which isn't always afforded to Donald Duck.
