Have you read the manga? Well, Kaname can sort of take the form of a bat or a wolf, Sara a spider/spiders and Maria an owl. I'm not explaining it properly, but this way they can be at many places at the same time and stuff. I think this sort of ability is only with purebloods, and since Yuuki is still getting accustomed to being one, this is new to her and has only just happened though she has been a proper pureblood for more than a year. Umm...Are you? Do you understand what I'm saying? I'm sorry, I'm not very good at explaining things
