I thought about a storyline for this base.
After Kovu and Kiara met, and their parents both ran to each other because of the meeting thing. Simba took away Kovu away from Zira, have one of the lionesses in the prides to take him in as a adopted son, but sense Kiara have no interest in ruling the pridelands, Simba had choose Kovu to be his heir. Teaching him and Kiara about ruling (sense Kiara will be Kovu's queen someday) and the boundrise between the outlands, the pridelands and the other lands. Where is safe to go and where it isn't
