"..Because you're covered in mud, that's why."Young Timon being comforted by his lovely mother after a rough day in the tunnels, followed by some harsh bullying from Uncle Max and the other meerkat pups, along with a solemn head shake from his father. Timon, being the weakest of season's pups, didnt stand much of a chance.
This picture was heavily inspired by my favorite scene in Tarzan.

I find myself wishing I could brutally call out his entire colony and Max for the poor treatment he endured for so long.

This hurts to see. Timon has been bullied all his life, and what has he ever done to fucking anyone?! Even before the sentry duty incident. His colony treats him like garbage and for what, because he can't do one damn thing?! It disturbs the thought that not a single person showed jimmy any compassion while he was being bullied, that no one helped him up when he was down or anything! Sure Max people got mad at the sentry duty thing but that was ONE time, and an accident, no less. Max is supposed to treat him with unconditional love, yet he just acts like he hates and for what, just because he can't dig a few goddamn tunnels! Tarzan, Hercules, Sheldon Cooper and other fictional characters were also bullied for meaningless, trivial things and things they couldn't control, like skin color and natural abilities. No one has the right to cruelly oppress someone for being different. Kerchak and the young gorillas, Timon's colony, Hercules' town, I just want to verbally assault them all with brutal and scathing honesty, tell them of the injustice of their horrific cruelty!! That or someone's getting punched in the fucking face.

'Covered in mud'? Timon doesn't look muddy, he looks like either bruised or dirty.
I think it's best if Timon's Ma would say 'Because you've pulled down all the walls and collapsed the tunnelΒ exits' like what she said in TLK Β½.Β

I really don't see Max as a bully, personally. He's just a bit grumpy, and a perfectionist. On another note, I wish that people would portray Max more nicely, 'cause he's perfectly capable of being portrayed as such.
But I still love this pic, and feel bad for Timon.

I think even she was surprised by how it all ended up working out. Probably got the whole "honorary pride member" shtick and everything that came with it. Including not having to worry about getting munched on for the rest of her life.

Poor Timon...... I know how it feels. It's not easy being different. It's downright painfull at times. That's why I can relate to him so much.

They're so adorable! I love their facial expressions; it's just like in the movie! 
For improvement, I would say add some lines to help define the shapes of the rocks and make their feet a tad larger. It would make the picture a lot neater.

You don't know how true to my childhood this was. I remeber being bullied endlessly for being the only boy with long hair and for being too gentle. Funny how though gentleness is considered good I was punished in my social life for it. I didn't have any friends either. Even to this date I have always felt so very different. Now though I have friends who are supportive of me, I share so few interests in common with them because of how different I am. The only exception is my boyfriend I met online over a year ago. Even up until that point I had never once been in a relationship as I could never find a person like me. I miss him a lot now and can't wait until he comes to visit again.
