I drew this to practice drawing faces, hair, and shading. Please feel free to provide constructive criticism or suggestions on what I should practice drawing next.

I feel like you did a wonderful job, even if it's not perfect.
The proportions are quite well achieved, to be realistic, and I say that I am someone who until a couple of years ago when I drew people only stick men came out in my illustrations.

For some reason, the girl pictured here reminds me a little of Frisk from Undertale, although that could just be me.

Seeing your answer, it seems that you indeed know Undertale XD.
Well, I was referring to the fact that it is similar in part because of the short hair and to a lesser extent because of the proportions of the eyes and the mouth, rather than because of the skin tone.
I guess if her expression was a bit more lighthearted in appearance / expression or if her mouth was slightly more smiling, she would indeed look more like Chara.

I thought you did this very well. The colors you used worked together effectively and the proportions seem to be pretty accurate. Focus point was made clear and I especially liked the paint-like look to it. You can do humans very well! I would encourage you to do more of them in the future. Maybe try some scenery with the art type you used? I think you could make that work really well.
