I hate to leave my ID empty so made this while talking to Dan. MS paint I'm loving. Anyway Neptuna's newer design not like the one I had up with the skirt and stuff. Is all, hope it's okay.Neptuna and Art(C) moi

An interesting design so far. Not bad for MS paint work at all. I do like how the face and eyes came out. The expression looks rather blank though in my opinion.
