Believe it or not, my first oc wasn't edgy. It was bland, sure, but they weren't a Mary sue and had flaws and some neat story ideas. It was snake, to those people that watch me. They are also in my first art piece on DeviantArt. They are very old indeed. And as I wasn't from 2009, my ocs were not edgy and I knew how to make decent ocs. So here's a semi-edgy oc, bc everybody has one. Everyone. An oc you know is edgy and don't care at all.

Okay, so this is Howl. I have a neat idea for him. So what if, all those years ago, animi became bored of living the way they were? What if for some reason, they didn't want to be immortal? So much more hassle, some animi thought. So amongst themselves, they thought of something funny. An inside joke that only they would know about. Well, a 'joke' to them. Like, what if, well, they would live on in another way? Here's how the enchantment worked.
When they reached the time they wanted to 'end' their life, they would place their soul into an object that couldn't be destroyed. It could survive hundreds to thousands of years, and later on, when a foolish dragon would slip it on, they could share the body of that dragon. They would be unable to take it off. And just for that dramatic flair and a bit of a challenge, the animi made it so they could only control that body fully in the light of the three moons. Until then, they couldn't control them, but they could talk to them.

Basically, in Howl's case, he was a mud/sand hybrid that was a dealer in the den, and put on a tail band he took to his liking. And then this voice in their head calling themselves ''Dreamstealer'' was going on about how he was an animus like 1000 years ago.

Imagine a demon possessing you and then having no clue what these '' new-fangled technologies'' are. So when Dreamstealer ends up possessing him they don't know how anything works and ends up just staying in Howl's house, sitting in a corner and just quizzing Howl (who, when they possess him, is nothing but a voice in his head) about how everything works. And they decide they are going to ''share '' this somehow.

Like the idea, but don't know how I'll make it work.
