History: Growing up the Gods raised her in order for her to become a leader of one of the villages that they had created. They taught her about responsibility and what it takes to be a leader. When the time came, she went to her rightful place as Leader of Crystal Lake.
Additional info: Call her Mature and Beautiful and you'll be on her good side. Also if you get in trouble with her just talk about a festival or some sort of celebration and she'll get excited and forget what she was doing.
Note...Jirachi has a one true eye/form thing, which Jira has as well, be warned her true form makes her have an ahoge and become annoyed and violent and pretty much a bitch

there should be a blog named application telling you what to do. You must download the application and choose your village. and fill out what's on the app and then in the artist comments fill out the application requirements.
So yes you can, and if you wish to be more detailed such as placing what the attack does or the ability that is fine too, just be sure to have all the required points discussed the blog in the artist comments
