History: Growing up the Gods raised her in order for her to become a leader of one of the villages that they had created. They taught her about responsibility and what it takes to be a leader. When the time came, she went to her rightful place as Leader of Crystal Lake.
Additional info: Call her Mature and Beautiful and you'll be on her good side. Also if you get in trouble with her just talk about a festival or some sort of celebration and she'll get excited and forget what she was doing.
Note...Jirachi has a one true eye/form thing, which Jira has as well, be warned her true form makes her have an ahoge and become annoyed and violent and pretty much a bitch

I basically made the file a png. copied it and put it on a new photoshop file, got rid of the white background with a magic wand tool and had the application on a different layer under the layer with her with it...hope that helps
