Nope. Nothing that extreme. Some entitled jerk's head just broke apart and turned into crabs.
Phookas in this universe can only shapeshift parts or complete forms to other animals, both anthropomorphized and regular. Eldritch beings like Georgette here can do more than animals, this includes humans, humanoids, monsters, aliens, demi-gods, gods and even other eldritch beings, although they're always far from perfect since their mindset is always set to be chaotic, thus they're unable to focus.
Georgette, on the other hand, is an anomaly since she understands order unlike most of her fellow Eldritchs. In my headcannon, she is often tasked to teach other tamed Eldritchs and Lovecraftian beings "order" in the form of an afterschool "tutor" session with Mr. Crims being her assistant.
