A capes. I like Edna Mode, but I just adore capes in designs, and this one is subtle and understated(The best kind). The overall stance is good, showing him at a neutral way, with the glow of the saber giving some interesting light play over his outfit, while the scar is just there enough that it's a part of the piece, without being the only thing you notice.
Actually, this design makes me think of Jagged Fel from the Legends Continuity. He was a hot shot pilot for the Empire...sort of, and nearly married Han and Leia's daughter, Jania at one point or another. This is not a bad thing to be compared to.
I also do like that...i don't know what it's called, but the part of the cape going over his shoulders and onto his neck with the black and silver colors to it, really implies what he might have been, but isn't, though I'm curious about the universe this implies, as Palpetine would probably be on his list in this universe, with him poised to set the galaxy on fire forever, in his grief.
