Very cute character! I love the sparkles a lot. I think that's a really pretty and cute detail. The hair and the ears are very well done. You made very great use of shine and color in the hair, body, and eyes. The eyes look amazing and very pretty and they fit the character perfectly. The character itself is very cute but could maybe use a bit more originality but the quality makes up for it though.
The arms look kind of off though. They are either too short or need to be a bit thicker. But overall you did a really great job!
