Only the immediate family. She's still got dozens of extended family members. Not to mention friends, close acqaintances, co-workers, and past & present lovers. ;D

TBH, I wasn't exactly focused on any specific number of people's this lady's stuffed down her throat. I just wanted it to look "good".


However, if I were to estimate it from the final results, I'd say she's probably got about 6-7 people in there. 4 adults (mom and dad, grandma, a creepy uncle), and 2 or 3 smaller ones (little brother and a couple cousin). Keep in mind that she's got space in her intestines as well as her stomach in which to (temporarily) store some family.
