For Saihate you dont really need much makeup, Just eyeliner to make your eyes more "Anime like". For cosplaying and especially if you are going to a con, use lquid eyeliner and make sure it's WATERPROOF. It might be a bit dificult to use, but practice a couple times, and u'll get it right, but DO NOT get it in your eye, IT WILL STING! So only put it on the upper lash line and a bit on the lower lash line, but not on the water line, that's when it gets in your eye and burns like hell.

I didnt know either. I'm 16 and I have onl worn makeup for a bit more than a year, and no one tought me. You just have to go ahead and try it yourself (if ur mom dsnt want to teach you). It's not that hard, it's a bit intimidating, but that goes away with time. ^^
