Description

This is the Imperial Arquitens Command Cruiser which I showed off in the animation I posted earlier. I figured it deserved a post of it's own, since it is what I was working on before the TIEs, and which prompted the idea of the animation as I was working on it.

I think I'm also going to make a post with a little information about how I made it, since I did some interesting stuff with geometry nodes, as well as post what WIP shots I have. When I posted the animation to YouTube, I was accused of stealing the models and taking credit for them, which is why I thought to make such a post. I put a lot of effort into making sure that everything I post here is 100% my own work, down to every single texture, material, background, HDRI, etc. And honestly, I feel like it holds me back a bit, since I see so many others piecing together stuff from things they downloaded, and putting out much better renders as a result, sometimes without crediting what they downloaded and didn't make themselves. So it really got to me when I was accused like this. Apologies for the rant, but I felt a need to get that out there.
