UPDATED APRIL 2020: added some more design notes, a drawing showing her clothes underneath her jacket and belt and short hair

i finally finished rook's new ref!! if you follow me on twitter i posted a wip about a week ago that...tbh hardly looks like the final result lol...but i'm very happy with the result!!

NOTES:
- For people im commissioning who understandably don't want to scroll all the way through the profile to find her personality, i'll list it here:
Personality: Acts like a big sister to everyone; including those older than her, likes to tease people, laughs really easily, cool, cocky, protective, takes her a while to trust people, stresses out easily but hides it pretty well

- Her 'belly' fur extends pretty far down, just above halfway down her thighs. Her shorts are short but the thigh markings make them look shorter than they are.

- Her height might seem quite big in comparison to the main cast, but she's about rouge's height, if not just a little bit shorter.

Fur: Reddish-brown, very dark desaturated red-brown markings that are lighter on her muzzle. Dark markings on hair-tips, ear-tips, tail-tip and around eyes. Muzzle, chest fluff/tummy and underside of tail are pale gold-red. Dark triangle markings under each eye on muzzle.
Hair: Dark desaturated red-brown fringe. Two side-pieces of hair have red tips.
Eyes: Pale gold.
Attire: Clothing

Abilities/powers:

Teleport - Rook's main ability is teleportation. She can blink from place to place within the blink of an eye, though she does have about a second of lag inbetween each jump.
- She can teleport small objects, allowing her to throw with near perfect precision, and can even teleport things inside of other objects, though the other object must not be completely solid for this to work.
- Her current level of ability allows her to teleport up to 2 people with her so long as they maintain contact with eachother.
- Rook can blink anywhere while unmoving, but to achieve teleportation to higher places, she must jump first. After the first jump while teleporting, she must make contact with a solid object before she can blink again or she will fall.
- She leaves shadow-y afterimages of herself after teleporting and can jump back to these as she pleases, though they will fade after 30 seconds.

Sharp claws - Rook tough claws she uses to inflict damage onto foes
Red Rend - A powerful burst attack created by storing her kinetic energy used for teleporting instead of releasing it. Must be released relatively soon after storing or it will harm her instead.

Equipment: Various firearms, communication earpiece, scouter. (Riders verse) speed-type Extreme Gear named 'Shadow Step'

Transformations: None

Weaknesses: Ranged combat (usually fine with a gun unless opponent is extremely skilled/sniper), being outnumbered, loud distracting sounds

Personality: Acts like a big sister to everyone; including those older than her, likes to tease people, laughs really easily, cool, cocky, protective, takes her a while to trust people, stresses out easily but hides it pretty well

Backstory: Rook grew up in a strange Chaos worshiping cult (both the creature and energy), thanks to her mother, and had a...less than happy childhood. In her late teens, Rook started to question things about the cult more, though she never truly believed the teachings, she also began fearing for the safety of her younger siblings and other young members of the cult.
She blew the whistle on the cult and sold them out to GUN. In exchange for a place to stay and safety for her siblings, she agreed to join as a GUN agent. A rebel at heart, she doesn't enjoy nor agree with the mostly militant styles of the group, but is happy to help those in need and having an excuse to flex her skills in training and in the field.
