A valuable scroll that maps out known keltic lands. It allows you to locate your position across the kingdom of Keltios.

It's the artwork for the Keltios Map, a old scroll where is painted a map of Keltios and the known lands around the kingdom.
It will be given by Fintan the Wise when the hero goes on an adventure and leaves Sylvan Town.

In the long run, it is expected that the kindown map will offer a detailed description of the place overflown.

(And not the town map - I never understood why the English version of Pokémon games says it is a "town" map since there is multiple cities, roads and seas mapped)
