Description

Here is the Scepter of Rayquaza, also called Scepter of Firmament by the Draconid People.

It consists of a wooden staff adorned with a bronze and gold base inlaid with emeralds. On the upper end is fixed the spiraling celestial dragon, forged in an old bluish metal. This is this part which will become the Mega Anklet of Zinnia 2500 years later with a Key Stone on its eye. But in this ancient period, only a pearl covers it because it is in its Mythical Stone set at the top of the spiral that its true power lies: a jewel that was born from the very soul of Rayquaza and makes it far more powerful than just a Key Stone.

It is understandable why the Duiraco clergy guard this artifact so carefully. It will only be given to Aerouna, the heiress of the Draconid People , when she has proven herself as a trainer.
