Okay, where to begin. First off this is beautiful! I love the way you played the red..is it blood? Paint? I don't quite know and I like the bit of mystery involved. I love that the way you play with the depth of the fluid. The variation in color lends itself well to the thickness involved in its layers on the skin.
I love the variation in line thickness and brush strokes and chosen blending techniques highly appealing! I love that the hair appears so opalescent and smokey. Baroque style swirls at the base. The path the eyes take is very much a snippet of story being told.
The focus in her eyes and on her face is well captured. I love the motion/energy/emotion. It makes you feel.

She looks identical to one of my ex-girlfriends. I love the portrait part of the painting but i'm not so keen on the swirls at the bottom.

This woman is satisfied and so am I taking in the curling smoke in seafoam hues.The dark hair is an excellent choice next to her fair skin and the blood coursing from her nose and mouth. This is a being who gives better than she gets...I like her.
