Sooooooooooooooooo I got Gimp :]It's a bit hard to use... but I guess it still works.
I'll probably only use this thing to draw backgrounds and stuffs. But it's still pretty cool!

I think it's good for editing out backgrounds and such. But I haven't had the guts to download it myself and find out.
