The deep emotions in this one are strong. The deep thoughts, silence, distance. Even though they sit so close to each other, they seem far away from each other. The short question below the picture explains it perfectly.
And this abstract background / environment fits as well. They seem to be distanced - like they are.

Thank you! It was exactly what I had in mind while working on this one. Physical proximity is a complex thing - being physically there and physically close does not mean two people share the emotional/mental connection and it was something I wanted to explore at that particular moment. Both Op and Ordis are there, close in a way and share physical space on daily basis, but they are never fully honest about what and who they are and what their intentions are. I do hope we get some small quest in which we sort these things out (yes, I am still bitter nothing happened after collecting all the fragments - lore was definitely a reward but a small decoration similar to Kuria or Thousand-year fish would be neat. Or just some sort of reaction from Ordis) :3
EDIT: Once new stuff is published by the end of this week, you can expect some more Ordan content -w-

I mean, I'm glad we could explore his past in that way but when done with listening to his past, he says - nothing. Yeah.
I don't think there'll be much more attention to Ordis / Ordan but let's see. DE is good in surprising
