I finally colored lineart that I did two years ago... And this is the result.
Original is painted by Ueda Ryou. It is supposed to represent Alice from Alice in wonderland.

This appears to be a scan or photograph of a watercolour. It needs to be loaded into Photoshop or The GIMP just to use the curves tool on it so that the color/contrast can be improved in the digital version. I have elected to add it to my favourites folder anyway.

Yes, this is a photograph but not of a watercolour, it is a color pencil drawing.

Okay, I loaded it into The GIMP and adjusted using the "Curves" filter under the "Color" menu option. If you want to delve into digital art, you can download The GIMP for free and install it on your computer. Here's the link:

There are many free tutorials for GIMP on the web and even right here on deviantArt. If you are serious you should consider buying a graphics tablet. I like Wacom's Bamboo very well. I will upload your adjusted image to my Stash File and give you the link in note.
