Erik left it for her as a present when he found himself too ill to attend, what they were both sure would be, the triumphant performance. Yes indeed. Β Purple is my favorite color, and since Alaina's eyes are purple (a very rare color), I figured I would come up with something fitting of her upcoming status as leading mezzo.
