Description
The second interview with the DAMNADAS-Corp.Q: In our first interview from June 11 this year [link] you told us, that one of the most interesting aspects of the "guest feedings" is, that a choosen visitor don't know, that he was choosen and what predator is hunting him. And now you introduced this info-panels for your scene-sets. Why did you change your mind?
A: In the first time we thought it was a good idea to conceal it for guest-feeding that he or she was choosen and already a part of our daily show. We thought, a guest-feeding would find out it rather fast that he was a choosen prey for our beasts.
Q: And... it didn't work?
A: Not as well as we expected it. The guiding of a choosen visitor to a predator-pen was done very secretly by us, that he very often didn't realized the new situation for hours.
Q: How did this guiding work? Do you grab them out with some hidden trapdoors or so?
A: No, no! This was our very first idea too, but we found a better way without disturbing the other guests and the guest-feeding was guided to his fate without any knowledge about it and so without any stress. I don't want to reveal it... You can got a free of charge "risky ticket" for our park and may find it out... But you can't tell it to others anymore (laughing).
Q: Okay, back to the first question. What went wrong?
A: The guest-feedings often didn't realized the new situation, one of our predators sneaked up on them and hunted them down in a few seconds... Only a very short surprise, some screams and it was over... Not very captivating for no one who was involved.
Q: And now?
A: Imagine yourself suddenly stumbling over one of our info-panels... You read it... You heart begin to beat faster, adrenaline rush into your veins, your start to transpirate, the thoughts start whirling in your mind, a cold shiver run down your spine and you start to look nervous around, alarmed, warned, on the edge to run... Hush! Wasn't there a movement behind this bushes?
Q: But a choosen guest-feeding is doomed. It can't escape it's fate anymore.
A: That's not important. Your ancient instincts of a hunted prey are activated now and this will changing the process of the upcoming hunt totally. For the predator, for the audience, and for the prey too.
Q: More action and thrill for all?
A: That's it! The predator is confronted with an alarmed prey and must put more efforts in its hunt. The prey will avoid places where it can be easily ambushed. It will more moving, running, trying to escape, climbing up trees, looking for places to hide and so on and for the audience we have a far more captivating show.
Q: Are this new panels are well appreciated by the choosen guests-feedings?
A: We can't interview them afterwarts, but to see how different they start to acts after reading a panel is really fascinating. Almost all people started to try to escape it's fate instinctively. The long lasting hunt was more than two days. For some guest-feedings we thought they would be an rather easy prey, and then we had this fashioned uptown-girl... But she made it to survive for 49 hours and 22 minutes in the "Jungle of the Tigers".
Q: Oh, i remember this awesome show! But something went wrong as she escaped the Scene-setup...
A: Yes, wow! That was a big surprise for ourself too. We never found out how she made it. 95% of every scene-setup is in the focus of thousands of hidden cameras... And she found an area in the last 5% to get somehow over the high-security fences and manged it to escape... That was pure adrenaline and she is still the Number one in our "Hall of Fame"!
Q: But on the other side of the fence...
A: Yeah, she made it only from the frying-pan into the fire. She escaped the tigers to got eaten alive by one of our large crocs in the adjoining Scene-setup behind the fence... What a thrilling fate! What a big show!
Q: But back to the topic: What is about the so called "entry-points" where the panels are installed?
A: For every Scene-setup we have dozen of entry-points where a guest-feeding can be guided to. We look on our monitors to see how the predators are in the moment, choosing and suitable entry-point and guiding the prey to it. The ideal entry-point is as far away as possible from the actual positions of the predators in the pen. That gives the victim more time to read the infos and cope with it's new situation before the predator found its track.
Q: The infos on all panels in a Scene-setup are the same?
A: Basically yes. But take a look on the Leopard-Panel: Every entry-point is located in the territory of a different cat, and this cat is the one where the chances that it will be the one who is hunting down the prey are the biggest. So for Manu we have add some interesting special-infos about his prefered method to kill his prey. On the panels for other entry-points the basic infos are the same, but with some special infos for the cat that is usually roaming in the territory of the particular entry-point.
Q: But not only the guest-feedings may read them, whats about the condemned or people who commited suicide in your park...
A: They already know long before the show, what predator is waiting for them and the suicide-victims can even free choose the predator they want. The guest-feedings are still often the most thrilling. They got some infos now in just the minute when the hunt was started.
Q: Thank you for the interview.

I am a little bit in an art-block again and so i made a second info-panel for the DAMNADAS-series. Done in DAZ-Studio 4 Pro and PSP X4 as ever. Normally this panels are a friendly special-service exclusively made for the VIP*-guests of the DAMNADAS Corp. and not intended for the normal visitors.

Are you planning to have gender neutral animals in your future works or are you going to add genitals and make the animals specifically male and female. Also, is that permitted on DA?

I am not sure yet, but if i made a work from a POV (or the POV of the prey) where you would "see something" gender-specific, i will depict it. I try always to depict the beasts as realistic as possible (at least the one who really exists, big cats, wolves, bears etc).

I remember reading from somewhere, the best way to confront and survive a large cat encounter is to stand still and not run. Large cats see humans as apex predators, and because of this, will leave us alone; however, running makes them believe we're prey.

The DAMNADAS Corp. is offering a special-service for people who wants to become a part of the show willingly. As a food-volunteer you can even pick the predator of your choice and your entry-point. (the so called "Thrill-seekers" who choose a "risky-ticket" free of charge are randomly picked out by a computer-system and guided as a "guest-feeding" to one of our different predator-pens randomly too). So, simply sign up as a food-volunteer and find it out!

Screaming fiercely and roaring turns them off as well.

So what's the story behind DAMNADAS? Is it a corporation being run by some vore-happy billionaire?

In a nutshell: Yes!
Here is the first interview: [link] that will explain a little bit more. As we see with this info-panels some early ideas get already changed a bit.
At this time it was only a vague idea and now i start to produce and assort the first parts of the puzzle... i don't even know, how the finished puzzle will show and will it ever be finished or even did it really need to be finished at all. Contrary to my Sucuriju-series which started similar vague but turned very fast into a stringent story-line, the DAMNADAS-series shall stay in the state of collection of loose parts with some sub-stories in it, because in the Sucuriju-series i run into a dead end by leaving the way of the "loose parts" in favor of a story-line... I will made my way out of this dead end sometime... i have still 4 or 5 loose parts (works) of the Sucuriju-series that i must be fit somehow into the story-line to go further.... Sucuriju is not forgotten!
