If being helpful truly is your only purpose, I recommend submitting feedback worded to reflect less hostility.

OK. Let me word this in a way you MIGHT be able to understand.
(Side note: After checking my messages, I couldn't remember what I had said...but after looking through the thread I can see how I'm being "hostile".)
When you post work to Deviant Art you are claiming it as YOUR OWN made by your OWN HANDS. I myself learned the hard way...I should've reported for the submitter for copyright but instead I chose to comment with advice....which the submitter, thankfully, acted upon. (Fact I'm having to explain this....blimey).
I pointed, quite fairly in my defence, that the submitter of said work should put somewhere in his description that Capcom -- the publisher of the game -- owns the right to said game. Fact is that the owner has blasted the logo, also owned by Capcom, on the image as well...which baffles me...then put his deviant at link at the bottom...as if somehow he owns the image and whatnot.
On the other hand, this could be contrived as loose "fan art"...still my point stands.
