Hnnnnng this took Allll day looooooooong asfjasldkfja;sdklgj'sdl;fj , heh yay its Moonlighta .3. all neontastic and shiz like dat haahah ^^, I referenced this off of a picture but i don't remember where i got it from lol, but it was super hard to get the hands right , . ugh, so anyway i just felt like making long detailed hair that's will glow in the dark, and Moonlighta was the perfect person to draw for this solution
