Fantastic. My deviantart thing decided not to tell me you'd submitted this till really recently.
What a gorgeous form.
The lighting is perfect.
The red satin backdrop is such a good compliment to the skin tones.
I love the way you cant see the head, and I also really like the ridges of the spine being so defined.
Another thing I love is reading down your comments and seeing you reply in English and then I guess it's Norwegian? I'd give anything to be bi-lingual.

.... to be honest i don't feel the abandonment, as another comment states, i think the model (or you don't know if i don't see your face) should be more bent to show sadness and i also think the lightning should be either stronger( and give that hospital lonely-look) or warm and smudgy like emitting the person's thoughts - all confused and stuff. Anyway that's just my opinion, however, it is true this is somewhat different to your style not using a face to show emotions, so I'm happy you're trying new things, and i bet you'll be real good at it soon. Sorry for the negative comments lately kinda happens, don't know shy
