I always smile at this scene, Nanoha's nickname "The White Devil" aside. It really shows that you are a badass Magical Girl when a centuries old Combat Program (in the form of a cute loli but still...) calls you "Devil".The second Sound Stage to Nanoha A's added an extra twist to this scene. Reinforce after meeting with Hayate in her dream utters the following line
"For my gentle master or for the devoted knights... isn't there a way to save them? The Blazing General... Knight of the Lake... Azure Wolf... Scarlet Iron Lord... and our Master Yagami Hayate... It can be God or the Devil... Please, someone, save her."
Isn't it amusing that the one who saved her beloved was called "Devil" by one of Hayate's knights ? Could it be that Vita somehow, subconsciously Knew that Nanoha can save Hayate ? You know... we could stretch this line of thought a little bit, Fate is a Lightning user and can summon lightning up from the sky, like a God of Thunder, like Zeus for example, even one of her attacks is called "Zeus Zanber".
Be Happy Reinforce-san, the God and the Devil came to save your beloved Master ^^
[Sighs Sadly] If only they could save You. I still regret that Reinforce had to go away. Oh I know that Reinforce Zwei came to replace her but... but it seems kinda unfair, that after all those centuries of tragedy, grief and unhappiness Reinforce couldn't live happily with her Master, it just... doesn't sound right
[his heart of a yuri-fanboy burst into flames and a sly smile appears on his face] Not to mention that Hayate and Reinforce would make SUCH a Wonderful Couple.

Hehe yeah I watched the very first Gundam series, It's such a shame that Ramba Ral had to die T_T I take some comfort in the fact that his expy in Gundam SEED survived! I should start watching Zeta again but the protagonist annoys the hell out of me...

Yeah Ramba Ral was cool, another awesome U.C. Guy was Norris Packard from 08th MS Team, I actually cheered him on when he was laying smackdown on the protagonists with his Gouf XD
Naaah, I mean Waltfeld, the Tiger of the Desert.
Well later in the series he was okay but at the start... I was annoyed by his constant picking fights with everyone around, that kid had some Serious anger issues.

truthfully Shiro really sucked as a pilot... or maybe it was his unit? either way Norris was so much better. sad to say since Shiro's the protagonist he'd win anyway
I see... its Waltfeld! hehehe! didn't know that! ahhh true enough at first I didn't like him too.... but his role later on as a pilot and second-incommand of the Eternal were great too!

[shrugs] Norris was an Ace and an experienced fighter while Shiro was fairly young, I really liked 08th for that particular reason. Neither side had overpowered Mobile Suits, no Super robots that can take on whole armies and come out unscathed like Freedom. It was all about tactics, strategy, experience and Real skills and not unleashing Beam Spam on everyone or relying on IMBA-ness of one's unit.
Hehe yeah he was great as Lacus' aide I chuckled during one scene where he was fighting off the attacks on Eternal, he said something along the lines "Sorry pals but I'm not nearly as good as Kira so I can't take you out without killing you"

true Shiro was young.... but that "Full Burst" Attack with him unloading shots on the enemy and missing, proves how much experience and focus you really need in a Mobile Suit.
kinda like my friend when he was playing GvG Next Plus... he uses the Strike Freedom but treats it like a Super Robot than a Real XD. needless to say he dies.... A LOT.
