I'm not quite caught up with the current comic yet, but I have read past the part where he killed the beloved character...ugh. That was painful... But I'm finding myself a bit intrigued with Negan XD He seems more interesting than the Governor anyway.
ANYWAY...

The thing about most villains is that they don't know that they are "bad guys." They know that they are doing bad things but their motives justify why they do what they do. Villain characterization 101: A great villain is a regular person with a fatal flaw.

Issue 105 shows that he both likely has an very very severe bipolarity disorder, and an God complex.
The God complex is already obvious in how he treats people and demands stuff.
The bipolarity is shown in 105 when he actually is genuinely sorry infront of Carl, and then when he gets Lucille back, he reverts back to his regular self.
Someone with bipolarity only needs small reactions for them to change.
The Governor was an psychopath. Psychopath's are easy to figure out in comparison to someone who is bipolar.
Negan is scary because of his bipolarity as it makes him completely unpredictable.
The Governor...atleast you KNEW he was rotten to the core. He played an act infront of others acting as the kind guy. In reality, he was an loose canon, an psychopath with an temper. That was also exactly what caused his downfall.
Get past the dialogue that is sometimes ridiculous, and Negan's an villain that is much more intimidating than the Governor.
Creepier? No. But terrifying.
Alos, great work. Reallyl liking the orange colors, they work really well with the grey's, and it reminds me of the actual covers from the Something to Fear arc.
