Brilliant work, As a former British (Royal Marine) Commando you have captured the era perfectly, apart from the beret but that's just artistic licence.

A gentle criticism - his beret is pulled over to the wrong side of his head. British and commonwealth forces pull the beret over the right side of the head. This fellow's beret is worn as it would have been in the French Army. Otherwise a great picture.

Really Great Work.
I'm nitpicking really but British commandos used No.36 Mills Grenades not US Mk.2 Grenades. Also, it would be unusual for a British commando to carry an unsilenced Sten SMG. The commandos tended to dislike the Sten, so they usually carried M1928A1 Thompson SMGs. Some were assigned Sten guns fitted with silencers however.

hello mate.
artistically, I have no critic. I'm affraid, however there are a few technical details that are wrong:
1st: the insignia is inverted (the eagle and the Thomson MUST face front).
2nd: unless we're shooting, the finger must be kept away from the trigger.
3rd: (not very important) the scarf is not the same they used back then.
other than that, the image is great, very detailed. Well done
