Well here is my second portrait. I think it turned out better than my last. Again the camera image is bad. I don't know what to do to amend this issue.Pencils, F, HB, 3B, 7B,
6 hours straight.
Don't know who she is, just caught my eye while looking for a pretty face.

Yeah, it's not crosshatching but it looks similar. It would be cool to create a style. If I made a drawing style, I'd name it something cool like "drifting."

Nah, the only reason I even referenced crosshatching was both your technique and crosshatching harbor similar qualities. Your way is cleaner, obviously.
